⇝ What is Project Coaching, anyway?
Yes, great question.
I'll start with what it's not: It's not life coaching, business coaching, or sports coaching. And it's certainly not therapy or consulting. While all those services are important, I focus on preparing and empowering growing leaders at purpose-driven organizations to get innovative, lasting results from their projects.
Since all growing leaders have problems to solve, you've got projects to run. It can be overwhelming, frustrating, and sometimes lonely. As your Project Coach, I am your supportive champion with a bag full of tricks and an infinite number of questions meant to challenge you — and therefore to spur your growth and success.
Let's not just get you unstuck on these projects. Let's get you innovative solutions to these problems, yielding breakthrough, lasting results. Start with a free consult!
